TURNING PARENT SHAMING INTO #ParentFaming.
Parenting is a tough gig. The economic strain, lack of sleep, anxiety over whether you’re doing it right and unsolicited advice from friends and family. On top of that, social media has given strangers an opportunity to ‘parent shame’, with 71% of Australian parents saying there is more parental judgement now than ever and it’s mental health issues and damaging relationships.
And with one in five parents being judged for their parenting choices, we felt it was time to end parent shaming and start ‘#ParentFaming’.
Our ads showcased real Aussie families and their everyday struggles to remind parents that despite all the unwanted advice, no one knows their baby like they do and that ultimately if your baby is happy and healthy, that’s all that matters.
